The beginning of military career
In September 1939, the Second World War and the Communist Party in France has been outlawed. In March 1945, Japanese troops overthrew the French administration, still administering Vietnam to the French-Japan agreement in 1941. An important consequence of this event was that the rural areas of Vietnam finally stopped controlled by the government, which allowed Vetminyu to expand their activities and quickly recruit large numbers of volunteers in the army.
